Who you are contracting with

AVUSEN Tree Co is a service of AVUSEN. These terms cover the website, hosting, and phone automation service sold on this site.

The service and what it costs

The base plan is $297 per month and includes a five page website, hosting, security, unlimited edits, missed call auto text, Google Business Profile setup, and one call tracking number. There is no setup fee.

Optional add ons are billed separately: Google Ads management at $700 per month and a priority text line at $250 per month. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform on your own payment method and is not included in the management fee.

Term and cancellation

The initial term is 12 months from the date your site goes live. After the initial term the agreement continues month to month and either party may end it with 30 days written notice. There is no cancellation fee after the initial term.

Fees are billed monthly in advance and are not refundable for a partial month.

Ownership

You own your domain name, the content you supply, and the photographs you supply. On cancellation we will provide an export of your site content and transfer the domain to a registrar of your choosing.

We retain ownership of the underlying templates, code, and tooling used to build and operate the site.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, for holding any licences and insurance your work requires, and for complying with the law where you operate.

You are responsible for obtaining consent from the people you text where consent is required, and for honouring opt out requests.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Phone networks, carriers, and third party platforms are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give 30 days notice before it takes effect.
